Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin

Popping in today to share one of the best things I’ve put in my mouth lately.

Garlic. Butter. Pork. Tenderloin.

Oh man. This recipe is SO good and you’re not going to believe how quick it is.

It’s a 30 minute dinner that looks and tastes all fancy.

Naturally low in carbs and your family will love it!



  • 1 ½ pounds pork tenderloin

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Season all sides of the tenderloin with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large heavy-bottomed skillet, such as cast iron, over high heat.

  4. Add the pork to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side.

  5. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.

  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

  7. While pork is resting, whisk together the butter, garlic, onion powder, and parsley.

  8. Pour the garlic butter over the pork.

  9. Slice pork into 1-inch thick slices and serve.
